Vivido – Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026 · AzHu Labs, Konya, Türkiye
Vivido is a media player for playlists (M3U / Xtream Codes) that you provide. Vivido does not host, sell or recommend any content and has no user accounts.
Data we do not collect
- We do not require registration and we do not collect your name, e-mail address or location.
- Playlist URLs, server addresses, usernames and passwords you enter are stored only on your device and are sent only to the server you configured.
- Watch history, favourites, profiles, parental PIN (stored as a one-way hash), downloads and settings stay on your device.
Cross-device sync (optional)
If you enable sync, favourites, watch progress and profile names are stored over an encrypted connection under a random sync ID; your source passwords are never synced. Turning sync off deletes that record.
Third-party services
- Google Play / App Store (purchases): purchases of Vivido Pro are processed by the store. We never see your payment details.
- RevenueCat: validates purchases and keeps an anonymous purchase record identified by a random ID (no personal data). See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
- TMDB (optional): if you enter your own TMDB API key, titles of movies and series are sent to themoviedb.org to fetch posters and descriptions.
- Google Cast / AirPlay (optional): when you cast, the stream URL is handed to your TV on your local network.
Advertising
The free version may show ads (AppLovin). Ads may use the device advertising identifier; you can opt out of personalisation in your device settings or remove ads by purchasing Vivido Pro. Users in the EU/UK see a consent screen on first launch. See AppLovin's privacy policy.
Children
Vivido is not directed at children under 13. Parental PIN and kids profiles are tools for parents; content comes from the playlists you add.
Your rights and deletion
Because data lives on your device, you can delete it at any time by removing sources or uninstalling the app. Questions: destek@azhulabs.com
